- The two most commonly used tracks for woodworkers and general workshops are now combined into one ultimate and super convenient track! Having a standard miter track combined with a mini t track allows you to use multiple jigs and fixtures at once or use for quick and easy change-outs. As with all of our tracks, the walls of the track are thicker than off brands each track is proudly manufactured from start to finish in the USA!
- The miter t track side of the track accepts standard miter bars like those found on many miter gauges. This size is approximately x 3/8 which is the most common miter bar size. The T slot accepts standard t-bars that won t lift out of the track. T-bars are excellent for building sleds or fixtures that need to secured into the track for stationary purposes like featherboards or hold-downs. The miter track side also accepts x 3/8 UHMW slick bars, which are ideal for mobile sleds.
- The mini t track side accepts x 20tpi hex head bolts. Typically you will find this style of bolt on many aftermarket featherboards and shop made work stops. This makes the track perfect for router tables, table saw extensions, band saw table extensions, drill press tables and more. The combination track measures 17/32 in overall height and is 1-3/4 in width which makes it a standard depth and width size for embedding into table tops.

- If you own a table saw, you probably have come across a situation or two where you need to make smaller cuts or make cross cuts. You may also have had the need to make repetitive cuts of the same length. Making small cuts, cross cuts and repetitive length cuts is where table saw crosscut sleds excel. Crosscut sleds help stabilize the work piece and are very accurate since they are essentially calibrated to your saw during the sled building process.
- Some time ago we noticed a lot of companies had UHMW bars available for purchase. While we as a woodworking company know exactly what they are used for, many novice or non-woodworkers do not. That s when we decided to create this package with pre-cut UHMW bars, pre-cut aluminum track, a knob and bolt and an easy to understand how to guide booklet so you can create your very own, custom crosscut sled to fit your table saw!
- UHMW bars are most commonly used as runners for crosscut sleds since they don t produce as much friction as wood does. Another advantage is that UHMW won t expand or contract like wood does during drastic weather changes. Each bar is approximately 3/4 x 3/8 which fits most standard table saw slots. UHMW bars are also slick and won t leave any residue, dust or shavings behind like wooden bars tend to do.
- The tracks that are included in this kit are made from solid extruded aluminum and are Made in the USA. Each track is cut to length for the perfect sub-fence on the crosscut sled. The included knob and bolt is for making a simple stop block which when finished, can slide the length of either track along the sub-fence. The stop block will allow you to make repetitive cuts without having to constantly move and measure the fence distance each time you make a cut.

- The Peachtree Dovetail Jig template is made from machined anodized aluminum for superior accuracy and durability. Some dovetail jigs are made from a brittle phenolic material that will break or chip on impact. The aluminum template is mounted to a solid wooden mounting block (not included) and has one side for cutting the dovetail pins and the other side for cutting the tails. The jig also has two scribed lines on the top and on the bottom of the pin side for making alignment quick and simple.
- The system includes two router bits. One 7 degree angle dovetail router bit with guide bearing and one flush trim router bit with guide bearing for cutting the tails. Out of the box, the Peachtree dovetail jig will allow you to cut dovetail joinery on stock from approximately 5/8 to 3/4 in thickness. You can use the same size stock for all four sides of a box or you can use two different thicknesses of stock if so desired.
- The Peachtree Dovetail Jig Master System also includes two 17 aluminum tracks and two track clamps. Using the track and clamps makes attaching the mounted dovetail jig to your workpiece super easy and super quick. Once installed into your mounting block, the track enables the track clamps to be quickly moved into position to clamp the jig to your workpiece. Once in position, simply rotate the large, easy to handle knobs to secure the dovetail jig in place.
