Should such mechanical failure occur, please return the complete writing instrument with proof of original purchase to an authorized Sheaffer Service Center and Sheaffer will repair the writing instrument. If a repair is not possible in a reasonable period of time, Sheaffer will exchange the writing instrument for one of comparable value.
