This is compatible with both right and left side boots and we would recommend stretching them at the same time. Please remember, this was crafted to fit regular 1 to 3 inch high heels boots. These were NOT meant for boots/shoes with heels higher than 3 inches, steel, or rubber toe shoes.

The plugs were designed to be used in unison with the boot stretcher and can be inserted in the predrilled slots to target needed areas for relief.
