- Note: The circular edges are not hemmed because the silk is only 4 inches long and hemming would interfere with movement. You can trim the edges once in a while if you like. 2 layers of 4 inches (10 cm) silk over 12 inches (30 cm) long bamboo sticks. The fans are easy to fold and unfold, keeping your dance seamless. They do not have shiny sequins that will eventually come off the silk and just leave ugly glue spots.
- We use sturdy bamboo sticks that are wider and thicker than most other fans. They are carefully checked for splinters and will not hurt your hand. The lightweight silk flutters beautifully. Hand painted bright colors with soft gradations.
- If you find any of the following problems, contact us for a free refund: wrong hand, wrong colors, stains, silk holes, silk falling off the bamboo, cracked bamboo ribs.
- Never wash the fans. Keep them away from water. Steam iron to erase the wrinkles of silk to have the best floating.
