Warranty: Lumax warrants all lubrication equipment manufactured by Lumax to be free from defects in material and workmanship on the date of sale by an authorized Lumax distributor to the original purchaser for use. Lumax will during one (1) year, following the date of purchase, repair, or replace any part of the equipment determined by Lumax to be defective. This warranty applies only when the equipment is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Lumax written recommendations. Lumax does not make any representation or warranty of any kind to the buyer that he or she is qualified to make any repairs to the product or that he or she is qualified to replace any parts of the product. This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only and is conditioned upon the prepaid return of the equipment claimed to be defective to an authorized Lumax distributor for verification of the claimed defect.
