• ABOUT THE PRODUCT - The Modern Fertility Ovulation Kit contains 20 ovulation test strips that allow you to track your luteinizing hormone (aka LH) levels each day to find your 2 most fertile days, predict ovulation, and get in sync with your cycle. Our Ovulation Test is 99% accurate at detecting LH, and each kit includes access to the free Modern Fertility iOS App and an invite to the Modern Community, where you can connect with other people with ovaries and ask fertility experts your questions.
• HOW IT WORKS - Our affordable home ovulation test detects luteinizing hormone (LH) in your urine. When LH meets antibodies on the test strip, the test line darkens the darker the line, the more LH there is in your urine. Unlike most other ovulation tests (aka ovulation predictor kits), you'll be able to match the shade of your test line to the corresponding LH level (kind of like those pH strips you played with in middle school).
• HOW TO USE - Pee in a cup. We recommend testing in the afternoon. Dip the test strip up to the MAX line for 10 seconds. Let the strip sit for 5 minutes then match the test line to the color bar to find your LH concentration. Log your test on paper or in the Modern Fertility App with your camera to pinpoint your 2 most fertile days. Repeat daily to track your LH at low, high, and peak levels. The darker the test line, the closer you are to an LH surge.
• ABOUT THE APP - The Modern Fertility App is an ovulation and cycle tracker that makes it easier to predict the 2 days you re most likely to get pregnant. Our app allows you to scan and log your test to build a full picture of your cycle, track your LH levels so you can predict your LH surge, and see your entire menstrual cycle, LH test results, and fertile window predictions all in one place. If you re trying for kids, you can also use it to time sex or insemination. If not, use it as an FYI.
