This warranty does not include failure due to improper assembly by the end user, normal wear and tear, or general neglect. Surface finish imperfections and/or surface degradation due to aging and weather are not covered by this warranty. If you aren't confident installing or assembling any Biltwell product, please consult a motorcycle mechanic or fabrication professional. Due to the wide range of custom applications and methods of assembly for Biltwell products, we cannot be responsible for damage to your person or property due to improper installation and/or human error.
