- PLL (Phase Locked Loop) Technology: The X1s GT uses a high-performance PLL chip of ADI. The jitter is very low. It took half a year to finish the whole program design. The PLL core outputs low-jitter clock signals according to the music currently being played simultaneously to XMOS and DAC. Therefore, the digital signals are better.
- Clock synchronization and External clock input technology: The X1s GT supports 10M external clock input. And it achieves clock synchronization of the whole device. The clock signals from PLL are synchronized by XMOS and ES9038Q2M. The DAC is working in the synchronized mode. PLL works in all digital input modes: USB, coaxial, optical.
- Complex Fully-discrete Headphone AMPs: The X1s GT s amp board has 4 fully-discrete headphone amplifiers. 277 parts and components in total, among which, 96 are BJTs. It uses 9v power supply. It s a huge amp board compared to those of the same level DACs with amps. The hardware performance is outstanding.
- Unique Filter Modes: Instead of using the ES9038 series default filter modes, we designed 4 filter modes for the X1s GT with our own algorithm. The X1s GT was designed to be a special product. It must have its characteristics and they show our understanding of music.
