For items found to be missing parts or have cosmetic damage, customers must notify WONDERFOLD within 30 days of purchase. **Preorders and backorders will be based on the date your product is received.Proof of purchase, along with photos and/or videos of the issue, is required when submitting any warranty claims.All WonderFold products are covered under the manufacturer warranty when purchased from an authorized seller. Wonderfold Wagon products are covered for one-year and Wonderfold Accessory products are covered for 6-months.
