  • When this electrode produces a weld deposit of 2 FN maximum, it can be used for welding 304 and 316 stainless steels in cryogenic service at temperatures down to -452 F. Excellent corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures against pitting that may be caused by sulfuric, phosphoric and acetic acids.
  • Can be used for welding ferritic-austenitic stainless steel such as 329, 405, 410, and 430 or titanium/niobium stabilized grades such as 316Ti in certain applications where the service temperature is below 750 F.
