- BREW HOT OR COLD: Tea time is any time. Drop 1 tea bag in 8oz of hot water and let brew for 2-5 minutes. Or for iced tea, either brew tea bag in hot water and pour over ice or try cold brewing. Drop 2 tea bags in a glass of ice water or in your water bottle and let steep for 10 minutes for a refreshing glass loaded with antioxidants. If you cold brew, don't worry about pulling out the tea bag! Cold brewing doesn't release the same tannins as hot brewing so you won't over steep.
