This excludes any normal wear and tear or damages, caused by the user, including but not limited to incorrect maintenance. *Batteries – 1 month; Electronic components - 6 months; Engines – 1 year. If defect(s) are found in materials, workmanship or assembly BEFORE the product has been run or started, we will exchange the entire product. In order to do so, the product must be returned complete, in good condition, and in its original packaging. We do not offer a replacement (new) product for products that have been used in any manner. If the product has been used, only a component level warranty is available.
