- Coverage only applies to the original purchaser of the product and only when purchased through an authorized Harmony Cases dealer. Please contact the dealer the product was purchased from to file a warranty claim.
- Coverage does not extend to:
- Extreme weather conditions or acts of god.
- Normal wear and tear such as scratches in plastic.
- Any product modifications including attempts to self repair the cover
- Stretch bands include a 1 year warranty; replacements after that period can be purchased through an authorized dealer.
