If the power is connected to the output end of the dimmer and the light is connected to the input end of the dimmer, the strip will always be on but not under control. Press the remote, the receiver indicator will flash indicate to that the command of the remote control has been accepted, but the light is out of control.
- Note 4 The factory state of the controller remote control is 1-to-1 pairing. If the remote control is out of order, there will be a mismatch between the remote control and the controller, so it needs to be repaired. Refer to the instructions for matching
