The pressure washer style terminal accepts a bare wire and the jumpers allow signals or power to be distributed neatly. Standard spade crimp type connectors work well and you have the option of of making 6 individual connections or by using the whole barrier bar or part of it up to 6 connections to a single line. Once the connections have been made, clear plastic covers are included that push lock into place to protect the terminals.
