- This 217 intake duration camshaft is BTR's largest offering for an L83 with unmilled cylinder heads, and is a great choice for the larger L86 engines as well. With just simple bolt-ons this grind has made well over 500hp in a stock bottom end L83 application. It's truly a marvel in its ability to perform well in such a mild application. By continuing to utilize the factory VVT system, BTR's engineers were able to set the valve events for stump pulling torque down low while providing EXPLOSIVE top end power.
