- 2. Great First Layer Adhesion: Setting an appropriate Z-OFF value is A KEY factor to a successful first layer adhesion. Turn OFF the cooling fan and Slow Down the print speed printing the first few layers. A DRY Filament is also important for the 3D printing project, especially on smooth PEO sheet. Adding several SKIRTS also works. Set the distance between print head and bed about 0.05-0.2mm. DO NOT Sand or scratch the PEO bed to avoid permanent damage. OK to sand on the Powder-Coated plate.

It can stick well to the magentic hotbed, can resist high strength no deformation. The Smooth PET surface has a high temperature resistance of 100 /212 (Not suitable for ABS) and the Textured PEI side can stand high temperature up to 190 C/374 . Please note: Not Sand or Scratch the PEO build plate with sandpapers or nozzle directly to avoid scorching the surface.
- 4. Wide Compatibility: The PEI Printing Surface can be compatible with PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, PA-CF, WOOD and any other filaments. Different filament has a bed temperature setup, our testing result for your reference: PLA: 50-65 , PETG: 70-80 , TPU: 60-70, ABS: 90-100 . For high-temp required filament ABS, we recommend to print on the Textured PEI surface which has a higher bed adhesion, NOT on the Smooth PEO sheet.
- 5. Simple Installation and Use: A drop-in replacement for the stock platform. First install a magetic sticker onto the non-heated bed, then align this flexible spring steel onto it. The steel PEI plate can be magentically bonded to the sticker. Then level the bed with auto bed leveling sensor. Easy to adhere the filaments to the printing bed. No need for tape and glue stick which release your printing anxiety. Easy to remove the prints, slightly flex it repeatedly to pop your prints right off.
